Allow this post to serve as reminder that goals are important, ambition is great, dedication has value and perseverance begets reverence, but despite all of those lovely notions and fancy nouns and adjectives, at times it is even better to give yourself a day of rest.  Be kind, unplug and spend the day doing something you wish you did more often.
